Numerous people have registered then either couldn't (a) confirm, or (b) log in.
I've had to go directly to the database to change their status, making my best guess as to what to change.

Customization is not very good. It comes pre-loaded with questions and even though I've attempted to delete or modify some of those questions, it seems they stay there. I don't want people to have to complete a lifelong biography with the silly questions they have pre-loaded but it appears I'm stuck with them.

There is virtually no technical information provided and precious little in the way of admin controls and features.

I contacted "support" to ask questions after installing it and they gave me a run-around, wanting to suck more money from me for "tech support". They DID NOT WANT TO HELP unless I handed over more cash. I told them I wanted my money back ("30-day refund"). They refused.

Spend a few bucks more and get something that really works.
In my opinion, this is a half-baked script sold by people who want to use it as a starting point to get more money from you.
